I don't trust stores, I trust individual business and only conditionally at this point. Divine is a really, really good Lutheran Church semi-charity company and they have very sound environmental practices. The only reason they aren't full-blown organic is because of Ghanaian government intervention. Believe it or not, organic cocoa is banned there. Thankfully it is not GMO.

Panda isn't organic either, but their track record is pretty good as well. The other companies in my review are a bit less transparent.

But the way, did you hear about the Trader Joe scandal where they found out that they are purchasing agricultural goods from illegal immigrants forced slave labor? Personally, I'd rather buy GMO from a farmer I know than support that kind of crap.

its gotten to the point that i only trust Traer Joes with the 'natural' stuff. even stores like Whole Foods are so corporate that they cannot be trusted. you better read the labels, is all i'm saying.
lotsa things are natural. that dont make them natural in the way the consumer thinks it is.
i'm glad you expose some of this.

While kind of true, they don't seem to make long women's broom skirts that resist tears anymore. It's really frustrating.
